Our crews pack the way the item needs to be packed, not the way the clock wants: mattresses in waterproof bags, televisions in fitted foam boxes, glass tops in wooden crates, crockery individually wrapped and stood on edge, and books in small cartons nobody's back will regret. Furniture is blanket-wrapped, shrink-sealed and corner-padded before it touches a ramp.

Every carton gets two labels — the room it belongs to and a short list of contents. Fragile boxes get a third label in marker, visible from a metre away. The packing material itself is sized to your home: a compact flat needs fewer, smaller boxes; a large house gets a truckload of mixed sizes so nothing is overstuffed or half-empty.

High-value items — jewellery, documents, passports, cash — never go in our boxes, and we tell you so during the survey: that category travels with you. Everything else, from the Godrej almirah to the plant on the balcony rail, is inventoried before loading so nothing is forgotten on a landing or a lift lobby.
